Newborn Awake Window
A newborn’s awake time should only be around 45-minutes before they are off for another snooze. A little one can quickly become over-tired which leads to fussiness and crying. It is not recommended to sleep train a baby younger than 4 months but, you can establish simple routines to help guide the process along. Newborns should always be attended to once crying, as you cannot spoil a baby.
