This will become a typical schedule until around 15 to 18 months when another nap is dropped. It’s still important to watch the clock and have them sleeping again around 3.5 hours. Generally, baby's are down to two naps by this age and a day might look like this:
7:00 am – Wake-up 7:15/7:30 am – Breakfast 9:30 – Snack 10:00 –Nap 12:00 pm – Lunch 2:00 pm –Nap 3:30 pm – Snack 5:30 pm – Dinner 6:30 pm – Bedtime routine 7:00 pm – Bedtime If you need more information, I talk about how to help set up your baby for sleep success within my book, Happy Sleeping Baby, which you can read more about or order here.
