This is a huge transition time for your little one. They will be growing and learning at a rapid pace, which leads to milestones and regressions. The best method when figuring out a schedule is to watch the clock and have them sleeping again within 1.5 to 2 hours.

The best method is to keep to keep track of wake, eat, and sleep times to figure out the best schedule for you.
